Warranty Policy
1. Warranty period:
All LED fixtures purchased from NILA come with a 24-month warranty from the date of purchase.
2. Coverage:
This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship under normal conditions of use during the warranty period. If the product becomes defective within this period, NILA will repair or replace the product at its sole discretion.
3. Lifespan:
Our LED lamps have an estimated lifespan of 30,000 light hours under normal operating conditions.
4. Conditions for warranty coverage:
The warranty is valid only if:
- The LED lamps are attached and installed according to NILA’s regulations.
- The product has not been exposed to improper conditions, such as extreme temperatures, humidity or physical damage.
- The Product has not been modified or repaired outside [Your Company Name]’s facilities or by an unauthorized third party.
5. Exclusions:
This warranty does not cover damage due to external factors such as accidents, abuse, improper use, improper installation, or normal wear and tear.
6. Claim procedure:
To make a warranty claim, please contact our customer service department at info@wearenila.com with proof of purchase and a detailed description of the problem. After review, we will give you further instructions on how to return or replace the product.
